The Baked Pure promise

Certified organic isn't a label we bought. It's how we bake.

Since day one in 2008, every ingredient that touches our dough has been 100% certified organic — from the flour to the seeds to the cinnamon. No conditioners, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

  • 100% certified organic flour — traceable, never treated.
  • Naturally leavened — real sourdough culture, long slow ferments.
  • Baked fresh, sold direct — from our oven to your market table.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How does ordering and pickup work?
Order online and choose pickup at the Beverly Farmers' Market. We bake to order, so your bread is fresh — just come by our table on Tuesday between 3 and 7pm and it's bagged and waiting for you. No lineup.
Is everything really 100% certified organic?
Yes. Every ingredient we use has been certified organic since we started in 2008 — the flour, the seeds, the cinnamon, all of it. No preservatives, no dough conditioners, no GMOs. Nothing hidden.
How long does the bread stay fresh?
Because there are no preservatives, our bread is best in the first few days. Keep it in paper or a cloth bag at room temperature for 3–4 days, or slice and freeze it — it toasts beautifully straight from the freezer.
Do you have gluten-free bread?
Not at this time — real sourdough is built on wheat, and we're not a gluten-free facility, so we can't guarantee against cross-contact. Our ancient-grain Einkorn is lower in gluten than modern wheat, but it is not gluten-free.
Can you do custom or large orders?
Absolutely — for events, or for cafés and restaurants that want a standing order. Head to our Wholesale & Custom page or email info@bakedpure.ca and we'll build something around what you need.
Where can I find you?
Every Tuesday at the Beverly Farmers' Market in Edmonton (3210 118 Ave NW, 3–7pm), plus seasonal markets around Alberta. See our Farmers Markets page for details and directions.
